okzz Terms and Conditions

01 General Provisions and Applicability

This terms and conditions document ("Terms") applies to the okzz platform and all services operated under it. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between okzz and each registered user.

By opening an account through the okzz website or mobile application, you are deemed to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms. These Terms are binding even if you use the services without reading or understanding them.

1.1 Scope of Services

okzz provides online casino, slots, fishing games and sports betting services for Bangladeshi users. These services include live casino, various bonus programs and VIP membership benefits.

1.2 Age Requirement

The minimum age to use any okzz service is 21 (twenty-one) years. Any user below this age is not permitted to register an account. okzz may request identity documents at any time to verify age.

02 Account Registration and Management

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and okzz reserves the right to close all associated accounts if this rule is violated.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• The mobile number, email address and name must belong to the user personally.
• The account must not be shared with or used by any third party.
• Identity verification must be completed after registration if required.
• If multiple members of the same household intend to operate separate accounts from the same device or network, okzz must be informed in advance.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

okzz may at any time request proof of identity, proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used. okzz reserves the right to restrict or suspend an account if the required documents are not submitted. 03 Personal Information and Security

okzz takes the utmost care in collecting, storing and using users' personal information. Our Privacy Policy describes in detail which information is used and under what circumstances it is shared with third parties.

3.1 Account Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password containing numbers, uppercase letters and special characters. If any unauthorised activity occurs on your account, notify okzz support immediately.

3.2 SSL Encryption

okzz uses SSL technology to encrypt all data transfers. Financial transactions and personal information are always transmitted over a secure connection.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Financial transactions on okzz are conducted in a fully secure and transparent manner. All deposit and withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the following rules.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name.
• Funds sent from an account registered in a third party's name will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• The same method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.
• Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be initiated.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

okzz follows a strict anti-money laundering policy. In the case of suspicious transactions, okzz may conduct an investigation and temporarily suspend the account concerned.

05 Bonus and Promotion Terms

okzz bonus offers are provided to give users additional benefits. However, each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After new registration on okzz, a 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, wagering of 20 times the bonus amount (৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000) must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds are not cash; they cannot be withdrawn before the required wagering is met.
• Each bonus can be claimed only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time after being received, it will be automatically cancelled.
• okzz reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Operating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, placing bets against oneself, or engaging in any other manipulative activity will result in the forfeiture of the relevant accounts and any funds held in them.

06 VIP Program Rules

The okzz VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Regularly active users can be promoted to a higher level based on their activity.

6.1 VIP Levels and Benefits

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the total net loss for that week. Example: a Silver level member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6.3 VIP Level Changes

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okzz platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

• Gaining an advantage through any form of fraud, hacking or software manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of others or oneself.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds from illegal sources.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs on the site.
• Impersonating an okzz officer or support representative to deceive other users.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Opening an account under the age of 21 or concealing one's identity.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

okzz may temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• Death or legal incapacity of the account holder.
• A court order or request from a law enforcement agency.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user who wishes to close their own account may contact the support team via 24/7 live chat. Any eligible balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

09 Responsible Gaming Obligations

okzz believes that gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be considered a source of income. We place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

Users are advised to follow our Responsible Gaming Guidelines to avoid gambling-related problems and to enjoy games within healthy limits. These guidelines describe self-control tools, how to take a break and how to get help.

9.1 Self-Exclusion

If a user feels that their gambling is getting out of control, they can contact support to apply a temporary break or a permanent self-exclusion to their account.

9.2 Setting Deposit Limits

10 Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution

okzz reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website before they take effect. Continued use of the services after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

okzz will not be liable for any loss caused by technical issues, network outages or any circumstances beyond okzz's control. However, in such situations, affected transactions will be reviewed and a resolution will be sought.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms together with the okzz Privacy Policy, bonus terms and responsible gaming guidelines constitute the entire agreement between okzz and the user.
